“Never say never. So Tim for the second time made Mataro grapes into a Rose and started up some pretty good consistency. Strawberries and cream, orange peel, pink peach. Cool in flavours, light and sleek. Minty freshness, blackcurrant leaf. A nutty/biscuity nuance chimes in too. Finishes with a crisp, clean cut, giving you a strong urge to take another sip.
